Ford went to vacation bible school for the first time a few weeks ago. I coordinated for 3rd grade so he was able to attend, too. He seemed to really have a fun time. I was so impressed and thankful for the ladies who took care of him in the preschool wing. They did a bible story with them each day, let them go to a inside play area for their age, and had a craft each day, too. Of course Ford didn't stay seated for the bible story he just constantly walked around the room and when they went to the play area he escaped into the sanctuary. And I know he probably wasn't that much help with the crafts, but I loved being able to take home some keepsakes for him. I am just so thankful for loving childcare for Ford while I serve in other areas of the church. I also think Ford enjoys being around the other children, too. Here are a few pics from the week. Next year he will actually go into the worship center for the big morning rally. Wow, they grow up too fast.
